Returns

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
The item must be returned with its original packaging and tags, where applicable.
For hygiene reasons, underwear, panties, lingerie, and other intimate items that have been worn, washed, or opened may not be eligible for return.
Items that are damaged, stained, altered, or show signs of wear may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain intimate products may not be returnable once opened or worn.

The following items are generally non-returnable:

Worn or washed underwear and panties
Opened intimate products
Items damaged after delivery due to misuse
Gift cards
Clearance or final-sale items, where applicable

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
